Launched Averia's flagship smart dog collar by combining strategic operations with a cohesive brand identity. We established the company's operational foundation, developed supply chains,  inventory management systems, ensured product compliance, and created SOPs across all business functions. We also developed their brand identity and voice, revamped the user experience and copy of their app, and managed the creation of their custom e-commerce website. These efforts transformed Averia into a scalable, market-ready brand.

We developed Richemont ARcadium, an immersive AR iPadOS app leveraging Apple’s ARKit, to showcase Richemont’s luxury brands like Cartier and Mont Blanc at their ARcadium exhibit. Delivered in just 11 weeks, the project included 3D modeling, UX/UI, sound design, and custom backend development to create synchronized, interactive AR experiences. The app provided a unique, product-free way to explore seven brands through captivating storytelling and design.
